About Dankore

A family of businesses with one name on the door.

Dankore started with one person building websites. Today it is a small team in Iowa and Niger State running our own products and building for customers on both sides of the ocean.

Our story

Why we build.

Adamu Muhammad Dankore is a software engineer. He grew up in Nigeria, works in the United States, and taught himself to code. Along the way he saw the same problem on both sides: good businesses losing customers because their tools were bad, slow, or missing.

So he started fixing it. First websites for friends and local stores. Then apps. Then the servers to run them. Then products of our own, because the best way to learn what customers need is to be one.

Today Dankore has two sides. One side builds and runs our own ventures: apps, free tools, rentals, and media. The other side builds for you. Both sides share the same people, the same servers, and the same rule: if our name is on it, it has to work.

What we believe

Four rules we work by.

  • Own what you build

We put our own money and name on the things we make. That is why we build them to last.

  • Answer the phone

Customers talk to the people who built their software. No call centers. No ticket queues.

  • Say it plainly

No jargon to sound smart. If we cannot explain it simply, we do not understand it yet.

  • Two homes, one standard

A trader in Minna deserves the same quality as a store in Cedar Rapids. We build for both.
